During this weird time, I’ve found it enjoyable to try out new skincare. I’ve been trying a few new brands, and one that caught my eye was Plenaire. https://plenaire.co/collections/skincare/
Plneaire is the UK made skincare brand and all their products are Vegan, and the ingredients aim to be very gentle on the skin. Their skincare is designed to give you a moment to relax and appreciate yourself. Their aim is for everyone to have a positive relationship with their skin and improve their self-love. Such a great brand ethos.
I must say the products are a delight to receive and feel so luxurious. They were delivered in this cotton bag, and I love the lilac tassels. I think branding is what makes this brand so dreamy, I love the packaging, and it’s perfect for Instagram!
The first product I tried was their Skin Frosting, a deeply hydrating mask which aims to hydrate and moisturise your skin profoundly. This product is the perfect product to wear while relaxing in the bath for 20 minutes. I found this a pleasure to use. I can never usually use a heavy moisturiser as it breaks me out, but with this, it didn’t happen as the ingredients are so gentle on the skin. It’s mostly made up of coconut oil, cocoa butter and shea butter, which are three very hydrating ingredients and great at keeping your moisture levels up. It has a very slight floral scent but generally feels very delicate,

I’ve been after a new makeup remover for a while, as some of the ones I had previously used made my skin quite dry and caused irritation. The texture of this product makes it unique from other makeup removers as it has a jelly texture which works to dissolve makeup and soothe the skin. It’s effortless to use; you simply apply to dry skin, add water which turns it into rose milk, which removes all your makeup when rinsed off. It’s great to find a makeup remover which doesn’t cause any irritation to the eyes and one that makes my skin feel hydrated for a long time after. I also really enjoyed the light rose scent, as this wasn’t too overpowering.

I will love to know if you’ve tried any products from Plenaire before? I think the packaging is dreamy enough, but the products inside are incredible. I have a few other products on my wishlist and want to try out the new Vapour coming soon and the Violet paste which aims to clear up blemishes.
The girl in the lilac dress needs lilac skincare right?
(This post is in collaboration with Plenaire. However, all love is my own)
